He has developed a very strong world-wide network of heavy equipment suppliers, operators, financiers and a wide range of mining professionals. He has also developed considerable negotiating skills with which the Corporate interest has been promoted in Governmental, NGO, community and other stakeholder circles. These contacts have provided deep insights and driven his vision and overall leadership role in the Company.
