He has a strong work ethic and the ability to represent the people’s agenda and its impactful delivery on business strategy. He works effectively at all level of business and builds successful partnerships.
Festus, who is a product of University of Ghana, Legon, is a member of Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana (IHRNP) and a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK. He has had extensive training in leadership development from the Ashbridge Business School in the United Kingdom.
He started his career in HR with Guinness Ghana Breweries, moved onto the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana as Human Resource Manager, to Tullow Ghana Limited as Head of Human Resource and then to International Justice Mission, Ghana as Director of Human Resource and Administration.
